2. Scope

These terms apply to every event for which Moments by Tanvi offers places through its online registration form.

The date, time, venue, price, age group and what is included for each event are set out in the event announcement and in the registration form. Those details form part of the respective registration.

These terms do not apply to celebrations arranged individually through our inquiry form.

3. Children must be accompanied

Where an event is open to children, every child must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the event. Such events are expressly not drop-off events.

Parents and accompanying adults remain responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout. The organiser does not provide childcare or assume any duty of supervision.

4. Registration and confirmation

Registration is possible only through our online registration form, which is provided by Zoho Forms and opens on an external page.

Places are limited. Submitting the form constitutes a binding registration; however, entitlement to participate arises only once we have sent you a confirmation by email. If no confirmation is issued — for example because the event is already fully booked — any amount already paid is refunded in full.

5. Price and payment

The price stated for the respective event applies. All prices are final prices per place or ticket. Where a discounted allocation is offered for an event, it covers only the number of tickets stated there; after that the regular price applies automatically.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. The bank details are shown in the registration form. You upload proof of payment — for example a screenshot of the transfer confirmation — in the registration form.

If an amount other than the applicable price was transferred, we will clarify this with you before confirming. If no agreement is reached, the registration is not confirmed and the amount paid is refunded.

Please black out anything in the payment proof which is not needed to match your payment. We only need the name, amount, date and payment reference.

6. Right of withdrawal

Our events take place on fixed dates. For contracts covering leisure services provided on a specific date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code). Your registration is therefore binding once we have confirmed it.

7. Cancellation by you, cancellation by us

No refund is given for non-attendance or failure to show up, unless a statutory claim applies. The same applies if you arrive late or leave the event early; there is no entitlement to a partial refund in these cases.

If the organiser cancels an event, the price paid is refunded in full.

If an event has to be postponed due to force majeure, an official order or safety reasons, we will inform you as early as possible. Your registration remains valid for the replacement date; if you cannot attend it, we refund the price paid.

8. Changes to the programme

The organiser reserves the right to adjust individual programme items, the schedule or the people involved for organisational reasons, provided the character of the event is preserved.

9. Admission and venue rules

Admission requires a valid registration confirmation. The rules of the respective venue and the instructions of the organiser and staff must be followed.

In the event of breaches of the venue rules or safety rules, or seriously disruptive behaviour, admission may be refused or a person may be excluded from the event. No refund is due in such cases.

10. Health, volume and safety

At family events, music, lighting and activities are planned to suit children. Nevertheless, music, light effects or larger crowds can be unfamiliar for individual guests, and for children in particular.

Parents decide for themselves whether an event is suitable for their child. For very young or noise-sensitive children we recommend bringing ear protection.

11. Food and drinks

Food and drinks may be available on site; they are included in the price only where this is expressly stated for the event in question. Bringing your own food and drinks is subject to the rules of the venue.

12. Photos and videos

Photos and short videos are taken at our events for documentation and promotion. Recognisable individual images of children are published only with the explicit consent of the parents or legal guardians, which can be given in the registration form.

General overview shots of the event may be used for documentation and publicity purposes, provided no legitimate interests of the people shown conflict with this. If you do not want images of yourself or your child to be taken, please tell us in advance by email or on the day.

13. Liability

The organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, the organiser is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

No liability is accepted for items brought along, cloakroom items or valuables.

14. Data protection

Information on how your personal data is processed for registration and for the event is available in our privacy policy.

15. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
